摘要
钛合金作为一种生物材料 ,其临床应用受到了普遍的重视。本文运用化学复合镀技术对 Ti-6Al- 4 V合金进行表面改性。通过在化学镀镍溶液中加入 PTFE微粒 ,成功获得了 Ni- P- PTFE复合镀层。运用扫描电镜 SEM对镀层的形貌进行了观察 ,并对镀层的耐磨减磨性能进行了分析。
Titanium alloys have become more and more popular in clinic application as biomaterials. In this paper, the electroless composite deposition technology was used to the surface modification of Ti 6Al 4V alloy. Ni P PTFE composite deposites have been successfully obtained through adding PTFE particulates. The photography of the deposition was observed by SEM, and the wear and friction properties of the Ni P PTFE deposites were also studied.
