下唇恶性肿瘤切除后遗留的缺损 ,临床上有多种方法修复。以唇动脉为蒂设计扇形组织瓣行下唇再造术 ,治疗下唇缺损在 1/ 2以上的患者 ,经临床治疗 6例 ,效果良好。并具有以下优点 :破坏小 ,愈合快 ,颜色自然、美观。

There are several method to repair lower lip defect formed by resection of malignant tumour in clinical practice. Based on anatomic studies, we design Fan shape tissue Flap with labial artety pedical for lower lip reconstruction which the defect of lower lip was lager than 1/2width. The results were good after curing 6 cases, this method had following advantages S: healing rapidly, the shape and colour of lower lip was narmal with satisfactory aesthetic result, function of lip recovery. So we think Fan shape tissue Flap should be the first choice for lower lip reconstruction with defect of ilip lager than 1/2 width.
