下岗职工心理健康状况分析

The Analysis with the Condition of Psychological Health in the Jobless

采用 SCL - 90对下岗职工与国内常模进行对照研究 ,发现下岗职工人群总均分、阳性项目数明显高于正常人群 ;9例症状群因子中除 F8、F9因子外 ,其余 7个因子分明显高于常模组。机关、后勤人员与生产、销售人员比较 ,前者 F3、F4、F5因子分明显高于后者。提示下岗职工存在一系列心理问题 ,且机关、后勤人员在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑障碍方面更为明显。

This paper was studied as comparing with SCL 90 and the normal Group in the jobless.Observing the total mean mark and the positive item of the positive item of the jobless,there were higher than the normal people,except the factors F 8,F 9 in nine symptomatical groups,rest seven factors of jobless were obviously higher than in thevnormal group.The office clerks,rearservice persons were as comparing with workers,sailling persons,the anterior Persons of theF 3,F 4,F 5 fctors were higher than the posterior persons.From above change,it were point out that there were some psychological problems in the jobless, but the relationship and depression,anxious problems were more obviocesly in the official clerks and rear service persons.
