摘要
以对苯二酚为原料,通过多步反应,合成了一种新的高速重氮感光试剂2,5-二丁氧基-4-哌啶基苯基重氮氯化锌复盐.在合成对苯二丁醚的Wiliamson反应中应用了相转移催化法.讨论了合成过程中的各种影响因素,得到了适宜的合成条件.通过元素分析,IR,'HNMR等手段对两个中间产物及最终产物进行了结构表征,并对最终产物的感光性能进行了初步考察.
A new diazo photo sensitive reagent 2,5 dibutoxy 4 piperidinylaenzediazonium zinc chloride double salt was synthesized in several steps starting from 1,4 dihydrozybenzene.In the preparation of 1,4 dibutoxybenzene by Williamson reaction,phase transfer catalyst was applied.Effects of different factors on the yield were studied and the optimum conditions were obtained.The final compound and two medium products were characterized by means of elemental analysis,IR and 'HNMR.Moreover,photo sensitive function of the new diazo reagent was initially investigated.
