摘要
提出了射流泵式切割装置及其设计理论。该装置能较好地诱发气蚀。在非淹没条件下,对该装置与普通单喷嘴装置进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,在相同的工作条件下,射流泵式切割装置比普通单喷嘴切割装置能耗低,切割深度大。据此试验结果。
A high pressure water jet cutting device similar to a jet pump and its designing theory are presented. This device can well induce the cavitation. Under unsubmerged condition, a series of comparison tests between this cutting device and the ordinary single nozzle cutting device are conducted. The results indicate that under the same operating conditions, this cutting device has the advantage of lower energy consumption and deeper cutting depth over the ordinary single nozzle cutting device. The optimum operating parameters are provided by these test results.
