Converting The Finance Management Notion of Colleges Enhancing The Finance Management of Colleges

新的《高等学校财务制度》与《高等学校会计制度》的颁布施行，客观上要求高校的财务管理工作有一个大的转变。为了尽快适应这一转变，本文从转变高校理财观念入手，对照新制度，联系实际，对如何加强高校财务管理工作进行了研究和探讨，并提出了自己的意见和建议。

After the issuing of 'The Finance Regulations of Colleges'and 'The Accounting Regulations of Colleges', the finance management work of Colleges is demanded to be greatly converted. This paper makes research and puts forward opinions and proposals on how to enhance the finance manugement work of colleges, on the bases of the converting of the finance manageement notion according to the new ragulations and the practical situation.
