摘要
不同剂量的离子束注入玉米自交系、单交种、综合种不同类型材料的种子进行诱变处理.结果表明,从处理的自交系当代植株M1 中发现了一个矮秆突变和一个返祖不育突变个体,M2 后代在穗行间和穗行内株高等性状发生了较大的分离现象,从中选择到育种上可利用的中间材料.但不同遗传材料。
Three types of maize lines,hybrid crosses and synthetic varieties were mutagenized by using ion beam.Results showed that a dwarf mutation and an atavism sterile mutation were found in M 1 lines mutagenized,and that large segregation of plant height and another traits for plants among era lines and inside an era were observed in M 2.Results also showed differen sensitive effects of mutagenization for different traits and types of maize materials.
