果树烂果病原菌及防治技术研究

Study on the pathogenic fungi of fruit rot and its controlling technique

摘要 从苹果、板栗、枣的病果上,分离到5 种病原真菌,其中Coniothyrium olivaceum 为枣果新病原- 测定了6 种寄主上的Dothiorella gregaria 形态、酯酶同功酶及菌丝融合力,认为是一复合种,可区分为3 个专化型.观察了3 种果树烂果病的产孢期、侵染期、发病期及发病条件.测定了复配杀菌剂及常规剂的毒力和果园防病效果,表明复配剂优于常规剂- The five major pathogenic fungi of three fruits rot diseases are : Dothiorella gregaria,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Trichothecium roseum,Macrophoma kawatsukai and Coniothyrium olivaceum. Ameng which Coniothyrium olivaceum is a new jujube pathgenic fungus.The Dothiorella gregaria on the apple, chestnut,jujube,walnut,poplarand paulownia is a compound species,it may be divided into three forma specialis.Its production spore stage, infection stage,disease development stage and infections condition of ring rot of apple,black rot of chestnut and jujube,yellow spot of jujube have been observed.Toxicity and diseases preventing effect have been determined in orchard of compund fungicide and five general fungicide.It is proved that compound fungicide is surperior to genernal fungicide.
