摘要
结果表明,新乡棉田朱砂叶螨在室内用久效磷选择10 余次,抗性增加3-4 倍,成为较为纯和的抗性品系,同时DDVP、氧化乐果和磷胺的抗性分别上升了7-3 ,5-3 和1-7 倍,而三氯杀螨醇、氯氰菊酯和爱力螨克的敏感性无明显的变化,表明久效磷与有机磷之间存在有交互抗性,而与后3 种药剂无正的交互抗性.
After selecting 5 times and 10 generations with monocrotophos to Tetranychus cinnabarinus colony of cotton field in Xinxiang of Henan Province,the resistance incerased 3.4 fold and the colony became purer resistant line.At the same time,resistance of DDVP,omethoate and phosphamidon increased 7.3,5.3 and 1.7 fold respectively,but no change was found in cypermethrin,kelthane and abamectin.The result that there was cross resistance between monocrotophos and organic phosphate,and that there was not positive cross resistance among the laffer three insecticides.
