摘要 烤前对田间采收的鲜烟用臭氧处理,结果可使烤后烟叶的化学成分产生较大变化,其中绿原酸、尼古丁、茄呢醇、新植二烯、C18 酸等降低50 % 左右,明显地减少了烟气中令人不愉快的化学组分前提物- 对烤烟质量产生重要影响的糖分,如果糖、蔗糖、α葡萄糖、β葡萄糖等含量也会随之大幅度下降,但这些组分在卷烟配方(加料) Before being flue cured,fresh tobacco leaves from fields were processed by oxone treatment.This results in the great change of chemical compostion of flue cured tobacco leaves,where chlorogenic acid,nicotine,solanesol,neophytadiene and C 18 acids are reduced by about 50%.Therefore,the premise matter of unpleasent chemical components in the smoking gas are reduced obviously.Sugar such as fruetose,sucerose,α glucose and β glucose etc.may also decrease greatly,however,these compostion can be recovered easily in cigarette prescription (flavoring material).
