N-烯丙基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(ASATu)对Ag^+的定性鉴定

Qualitative identification of silver (Ⅰ) with N-Allyl-N~′- (Sodium P Aminobenzene sulfonate)Thiourea(ASATu)

利用Ｎ－ 烯丙基－ Ｎ′－ （ 氨基对苯磺酸钠）硫脲在一定介质中与Ａｇ＋ 产生的特征性反应，进行了Ａｇ＋ 的鉴定反应条件试验，并确定了鉴定方法．结果表明在氨性介质中，试剂对Ａｇ＋ 的检出灵敏度为ｍ ＝ ０ ．３５ μｇ ，ｃ＝ １０ ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ ．该方法的灵敏度和选择性都符合要求，用该法对合成样品。

On the basis of the fact that ASATu can demonstrate characteristic reaction with silver(Ⅰ) in some medium,the optimum conditions for the determination of the ion were discussed and the qualitative identification precedures were established.The results show that its sensitivity to Ag + in ammonia medium was tested,and that its sensitivity and selectivity all accorded with the requirements.The application of this method to the identification of both synthesized samples and standard samples showed satisfactory result.
