摘要
利用快淬法制备了Nd4-5Fe76-3Ga0-2Co1-0B18 非晶合金,晶化处理后获得主相为Fe3B 与Nd2Fe14B 的纳米晶永磁材料.采用X 射线衍射、透射电子显微镜及磁测量手段分析研究了材料的微观结构与磁性能,并通过测量磁体的δM 曲线,研究了晶粒间的交换耦合作用及其与微观结构、磁性能的关系.
Morphological alloy of Nd 4 5 Fe 76 3 Ga 0 2 Co 1 0 B 18 prepared by rapid quenching was crystallized to obtain the nanocrystalline permanent magnetic materials in which Fe\-3B and Nd\-2Fe 14 B were the dominant phases. The X\|ray diffraction method, the transmission electron microscopy technique and magnetic measurement were used to analyze the microstructure and magnetic properties of the nanocomposite materials. The relationship of the microstructure, the magnetic properties with the exchange coupling interaction between crystallites was studied by determining the δ M curve of the nanocomposite magnets.
