Observations of Ultraluminous IRAS Galaxies at 20cm

摘要 An ultraluminous IRAS galaxy sample has been observed at 20cm using the Australia Compact Array (AT). The far infrared luminosity in the sample, log L FIR (L ⊙), is>11 8 ( H 0=50 km s -1 Mpc -1 , q 0=0 5 ). (Radio emission is detected from 19 sources among 37 IRAS galaxies. The radio parameters, for example, peak position, radio flux, etc, are obtained. The radio power P 20cm in the sample is in the range 22 9< log P 20cm (W/Hz) <23 8.
