5 My Opinions on the Research of Authentic Proof in the Field of the Science of Crime

正确的实证和正确的思辨同样是科学研究中不可或缺的研究方法，二者对于保证犯罪学研究的科学性具有同等重要的意义。实证研究不同于实证主义。在犯罪学这样一个经验性很强的学科中，应对实证研究给予充分的重视。定量分析是现代实证研究方法的主要特征，定量分析对于当代中国犯罪学的发展具有重要的意义。实证研究与思辩研究、定量分析与定性分析的有机结合。

緾orrect authentic proof as well as correct thinki ng and discriminating is indispensable research way in scientific survey.Both of them are equally important to the scientific nature of the research on the scie nce of crime.Authentic proof research is different from positivism.More attentio n should be paid to it.Quantitative analysis is the main feature of the way of m odern authentic proof research,and is very important to the development of our c ontemporary science of crime.There should be an organic combination of authentic proof researcch and thinking and distinguishing research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.It is the correct way for the development of the scienc e of crime. 【
