云南烤烟中半挥发性碱性成分的分析 被引量:28

摘要 本文采用水蒸汽蒸馏、溶剂萃取分离的前处理方法,以及配备氮-磷检测器的气相色谱和气相色谱-质谱联用分析鉴定技术,对云南中二烤烟中半挥发性碱性成分进行了分析研究,共鉴定出36种半挥发性碱性成分。采用内标法定量测定了吡啶、2-甲基吡嗪、2,6-二甲基吡嗪、2,3-二甲基吡嗪、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪、2-乙酰吡啶、3-乙酰吡啶、四甲基吡嗪、吲哚和2,3-二联吡啶等10种碱性香味成分的含量。研究结果表明:该方法重复性好,回收率较高,操作简便,是分析烤烟中半挥发性碱性成分的一种可行方法。 Flue\|cured tobacco (C\|2) from Yunnan Province was distilled by steam distillation, the distillate was extracted by dichloromethane and divided into acidic, basic and neutral fractions. Some semi\|volatile basic components in basic fraction were analyzed by capillary GC equipped with NPD. GC separation were carried out on a Ultra2 capillary column(50m0.2mm i.d.0.33m d.f.). The identification of each of the thirty\|six volatile basic components was accomplished by GC/MS. Ten flavor components, i.e. pyridine, 2\|methylpyrazine, 2,6\|methylpyrazine,\ 2,3\|dimethylpyrazine, 2,3,5\|trimethylprazine, 2\|acetylpyridine, 3\|acetylpyridine, tetramethylpyrazine, indol and 2,4\|dipyridine, were quantitatively determined by internal standard method. The repeatability and the recovery rate of the method were evaluated. The results showed that this method was suitable for the analysis of volatile basic components in flue\|cured tobacco.\=
