摘要 试验研究了烟叶优势微生物对烟叶霉变的抑制作用。利用从烟叶中分离、纯化、培养出的优势微生物菌种对烟叶进行了抑霉试验。结果表明:从烤烟(C3F)中分离、筛选出5株优势微生物(M1、M2、M3、M4、M5)对培养基、烟丝和烟叶中霉菌的生长繁殖均有不同程度的抑制作用,以M1菌株的抑霉作用最为显著。试验还对M1菌株的生理生化特性进行了分析鉴定。这一研究结果为利用生物技术抑制烟叶霉变开辟了新途径。 The inhibitive effect of dominant microorganisms on leaf mold in tobacco was investigated by method of microbiology.The experiment was carried out with the dominant microorganisms separated,purified and cultured from tobacco leaf.Results showed that five dominant microogranisms(M1,M2,M3,M4,M5)selected from fluecured tobacco (Grad C3F)through separation have different inhibitive effects on the growth and propagation of the mold in both cultural medium and cut tobacco and leaf as well.Among these five dominant microorganisms M1 showed the strongest comprehensive inhibitive effect on the mold.The physiology biochemistry characteristics of M1 were analyzed and identified.Results indicated that the inhibitive effect on mold in tobacco during storage was realized by method of adding specified microbial agent to the leaves before packing.It provied a novel method in mold control by an environmentally friendly means.
