摘要
从烟草根部和根际土壤中分离鉴定出植物线虫10属17种,较具经济重要性和分布较广的有南方根结线虫、爪哇根结线虫、双宫螺旋线虫、饰环矮化线虫、针线虫。用爪哇根结线虫(Meloidogynejauanica)和青枯病细胞(Pseudomonassolanacearum)接种烟草证实,根结线虫能加剧烟草青枯病发生。田间在烟草伸根期施用杀线虫剂呋喃丹和呋喃丹与硼砂混合剂,能明显减轻烟草青枯病的发生和增加烟叶产量。
17 species of plant nematodes which belong to 10 genera were identified from the roots and rhizosphere soil of to-bacco. Meloidogyne incognita, M. java nica, Helicotylenchus Dihystera, Tyenchorhynchus annulatus and Paraty-lenchus spp. are more economically important and more widespread- Inoculation with M. java nica and pseu-domonas solanasearum showed granville wilt is encouraged by root knot nematodes damage. Granville wilt largelycontrolled and tobacco yield increased by the effective use of nematicide, carbofuran and mixture of carbofuran andboron in tobacco root extension period in the field.
