固体酸ZrO_2/SO_4^(2-)催化合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯

The Synthesis of n-Bulyl p-Hydroxy Enzoate by the Solid Superacid ZrO_2/SO_4^(2-)

本文研究了以固体超强酸ZrO2／SO42-为催化剂，对羟基苯甲酸和丁醇为原料合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯，并考察了醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量等对酯产率的影响。酯产率达87％以上。

The synthesis of n - butyl p - hydroxybenzoate with n - butanol an d phydroxybenzoatic acid as reactants and solid superacid ZrO2/SO42- as catalysts has been studied. The influent conditions of reactions on the yields of estes, such as the molar ratio of n - butanol to phydroxybenzoatic acid; the amount of catalyst used; the reaction time and the amount of water-corrying agent; are investigated. The yield of n- butyl P-hydroxybenzoate was move than 87%.
