摘要
高等职业教育发展迅速，师资队伍青黄不接，教学水平跟不上市场经济发展的要求。急需全面提高所有各类专业的教学质量。采用量化评定法，可以全面、公正、客观、准确地评定课堂教学质量，从而激发了广大教师努力改进教学质量的自觉性。
?Higher polytechnic education is developing quickly, but our teaching level cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of market economy. Teaching quality demands improvement in all kinds of majors. The way to evaluate teaching qua1ity in quantity is overall, objective and accurate, which can stimulate teachers' self-consiousness to improve teaching quality.
