摘要
该文叙述了恶性竞争对企业本身、产业以及对社会的不良影响。针对恶性竞争产生的影响因素，作者提出了应对策略。
This paper describes the disservice of swart competition on enterprises themselves, industryand society.In allusion to the factors which cause the swart competition, this paper lists severalstrategies to cope with these problems in the second half.
