摘要
市场经济中竞争激烈，加强企业管理已成为企业生存、发展的必要手段。该文就确立企业财务管理的中心地位及其难点，提出相应的对策。
Market economy and intensive competition make it necessary for enterprises to strengthen itsfinancial management for their existence and development. This paper presents the existing difficultyand the corresponding tactics to establish the ccntral status of financial affair.
