摘要
In this paper, the approximation of stationary equations of the semiconductor devices with mixed boundary conditions is considered. Two schemes are proposed for the system. One is Glerkin discrete scheme, the other is hybrid variable discrete scheme. A convergence analysis is also given.
本文研究具有混合边界条件半导体方程的近似解，给出了两种近似格式：Ｇａｌｅｒｋｉｎ离散格式和混合变量离散格式。
