中职语文教学中人文精神培养探析

The training of human spirit in vocational school language teaching

人文素养是做人的基本素养,其核心是人格精神。发展学生人文素养就是要让学生"学会做人"。当前,中职学生人文素养状况不容乐观,中职语文教育应结合中职教育实际,发挥人文教育优势,在遵循语文性、职业性原则的前提下,改革教法,强化阅读,创新写作,重视实践,努力提升学生的人文素养,为学生综合职业能力的养成奠定基础。

The humanistic quality is the basic literacy of a man,the core is the spirit of personality.The development of humanistic quality of students is to enable students to ＂learn to be a human＂.Currently,the situation of humanistic quality in vocational school is not optimistic,vocational language education should be combined with the practice,to play the advantages of humanities education,following the principles of the language and professional,to reform teaching methods,strengthen reading,innovate writing,attention on practice,and strive to enhance the humanistic quality of students,develop a comprehensive basis of professional ability for students.
