目前国内财经类应用型人才的培养在教学计划、教材编写、教学方法、教师队伍、实践环节等方面与国外存在着一定的差距，但并不是无法改变的。关键在于观念的转变，必须将教育观念转变到以市场为导向，培养社会所需的、具有较好的专业知识能力和较高的专义实践能力的高级应用型专门人才上来。

Now there is a gap between the training of financial & economic applied talents in and out of China,especially in teaching program, textbook writing, teaching methods,teaching staff and practice ways. But we can eliminate it by changing our ideas. We must change our educational idea into training advanced special applied talents with better special knowledgeand higher practical ability in order to meet the needs of the society.
