摘要
本文从管理心理学的视角,对大学生社会实践团队从需求层次、和激励机制角度进行研究,从而增强社会实践团队管理的科学性和实效性,以期强化实践育人的功能,提高大学生服务社会的能力,挖掘自我完善的潜力。
This article from the perspective of management psychology,analyzes social practice team of college students from the hierarchy of needs,and incentive system,to enhance the scientific and effectiveness of social practice team management,to strengthen the practice of the function of educating people and improve the capacity of student to serve for community,to tap the potential of self-improvement.
