高校辅导员职业倦怠与人格因素的相关性分析

A relative study of burnout and personality of university counselors

高校辅导员职业倦怠产生有多种因素。本研究从高校辅导员的人格特征角度来分析职业倦怠情况。对江苏省部分高校280名高校辅导员发放了问卷。最后得出人格特征中的进取能力、社交风度、适意感、自我控制、宽容性、好印象、智力效能这七个因子与职业倦怠的三个维度都呈显著负相关。

There are a number of causes of university counselors’ burnout.This study addresses the issue of burnout from the perspective of university counselors’ personalities.Drawing on 280 questionnaires responded by university counselors from Jiangsu Province,this study concludes that there is a negative correlation between Capacity for status,Social presence,Sense of wellbeing,Self-control,Tolerance,Good impression,and Intellectual efficiency in personality and three dimensions of burnout.
