摘要
人际关系焦虑是因人际交往紧张引起的一种情绪状态。主要表现在对现实或想象的人际交往情境感到过分担心、紧张、焦虑,甚至抑郁,还伴有失眠、植物神经功能失调等,并对社会功能产生影响。在本案例中,求助者和同学、老师交往时感到困难,害怕交往,甚至和同学产生矛盾,出现焦虑烦躁情绪,影响了学习。心理咨询师根据对求助者临床资料的评估,结合心理测验,做出一般心理问题的诊断,采用认知行为疗法,并辅以合理情绪疗法,达到了的预期的咨询目标。
Interpersonal anxiety is caused by interpersonal tension of a kind of emotional state.Mainly displays are worry overly,nervous and anxious even depression in to reality or imagine interpersonal situation,also suffer from depression,insomnia,plant nerve dysfunction insomnia,etc,and affect social functionon.In this case,patient have difficulty to contact schoolmate and teachers,fear of contacts,and even contradictory,appear anxiety,Impact study.Psychological counselor according to the patient's clinical data of assessment,combining psychological tests,make general psychological problem diagnosis,and use cognitive behavioral therapy,reasonable mood therapy,reach the expected consulting goals.
