篮球比赛中学生“服从意识”的分析研究

Analysis of the "obey awareness" of students in basketball

运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、理论分析等方法。对篮球运动员的"服从意识"和"不服从"行为的现状特点与动因进行分析。目前,篮球运动员"服从意识"的现状不容乐观,其主要原因包括裁判因素、自身价值取向和习惯心理因素等;篮球运动员"不服从"行为的特点主要有敌意性、工具性和盲从性,主要影响因素包括心理原因、情景原因和物理原因三个方面。提出要严格执行篮球竞赛《规则》和《裁判法》,营造运动员服从氛围,树立裁判绝对权威;加强运动员思想教育、理论学习、提高篮球运动员的素质,增加主人翁意识;提高裁判员的素质与能力,使运动员从"服从"到"认同"等措施来培养篮球运动员"服从意识"。

To use literature,surveys,statistics,theory and other methods to analyze the status of＂subject awareness＂and ＂disobedience＂ behavior and motivation of the basketball player.Currently,the ＂obey awareness＂of basketball player is not optimistic,mainly due to the factors including the referee,their own values and habits of psychology;basketball player,＂disobedience ＂ actions are hostile features,tools and blind obedience,primarily factors including psychological reasons,scenario reasons and physical reasons three aspects.It proposes to strictly enforce the＂rules＂and＂Judgement＂,and create an obey atmosphere of athletes,establish the absolute authority of the referee;strengthen the ideological education,theory learning of athletes,improve the quality of basketball players to increase the sense of ownership;improve the quality and capacity of judges,So that athletes from the ＂obey＂to＂identity ＂to develop ＂obey awareness＂of basketball players.
