摘要
针对目前旅游业发展面临的机遇与挑战，为了开创地区旅游发展新局面，提出了建立地区旅游管理信息系统的必要性。然后，在分析旅游信息系统研究开发现状的基础上，详细描述了旅游信息系统的信息构成，展示了基于ＷＥＢＧＩＳ的旅游管理信息系统的基本结构与功能。
For inaugurating a new era of regional tour development and facing the opportunity and challenge of tour development, it is necessary to build the tour information system(TIS). Based on the developing status quo of tourism industry, the information composing of TIS is described in detail. The basic structure and function of TIS, which is based on WEBGIS, are also showed in the paper.
