对国有饭店集团化经营的探讨

Discussion on State-owned Hotel Grouping in China

集团化是我国饭店业今后发展的必然选择。从宏观和微观两个方面分析了我国饭店在组建集团过程中存在的障碍 ,并针对我国体制转轨时期的特点和经济体制改革的总体要求 ,从饭店产权体制、经营体制和内部管理机制三个方面提出了我国饭店集团化的一个基本组建框架。

Hotel grouping is an inexorable trend in hotel industry in China. This paper analyzes the existing obstacles in hotel grouping process from the macro and micro aspects. Under the general demand of the economical system reform and the system transforming, it also presents a basic frame for the state-owned hotel grouping, concerning property rights, operating system and internal management mechanism.
