摘要
外部性是经济学中的一个带有根本性的概念,旅游业环境破坏从理论上分析,实质就是一种外部性现象,具有典型的外部性特征,产生根源主要是多数旅游资源和旅游产品作为“公共物品”,消费具有非排他性和非竞争性,产权模糊不清导致旅游市场失灵。削弱旅游业中的外部性,可从经济、行政措施和社会措施等方面着手。
Externality is a basic concept within Economics.Theoretically,environmental destruction of tourism is substantially an external phenomenon.And it has some typical external traits,for as “public goods”,most of tourism resources or products is not repulsive and competitive.Punchdrunk property right leads to tourism market‘failure’.And measures to weaken externalities in tourism include economic steps,governmental intervention and social education and so on.
