论中国内资旅游饭店的竞争形势与经营对策

A Study of Contest-situation and Manage-countermeasure of the Inner-investing Funds Hotels in China

通过对中国内资旅游饭店的几项经营指标的分析，指出其面临的生存危机，分析了造成其经营困难的原因，提出内资旅游饭店走出困境的必然战略——更新管理理念、创新组织架构和制度、走网络化集团发展之路。

By analysing several managing targets of the inner investing funds hotels in China,this article points the living crisis they are facing, and disserts the reasons which lead the managing predicament. It also puts forword the inevitable strategy to help the hotels free themselves from the predicament. That is to renew the managing conception,to create the organic structures and rules and to take the right way of the network like chain's development.
