摘要
首先对我国的旅游和饭店市场的运行态势做了实证性的宏观分析,其次着重研究了饭店管理市场微观运行主体——饭店业主、管理阶层和管理公司的行为特征,并考察了主体之间价值取向的背离。在此基础上,重点研究了目前我国饭店管理公司市场和管理创新的指导思想、总体规划、以及市场与产品、组织与管理、人力资源创新的理论基础和运作思路。主要观点是立足国内旅游市场,投资主导。
After analyzing the market structure of tourism and hotel industry,the author focuses on the behavior characteristics of the market subject,including hotel owners,professional managers,hotel groups,and so on. And the difference among these subjects has been studied.Based on the above studies,the development strategy and innovation planning of hotel groups in China,major in object markets,service product,organization,human resource,have been researched in detail.Paying attention to domestic tourism market foundation,giving priority to investment expansing,and choosing step by step development strategy are the author's main viewpoints.
