摘要
通过对会议客人的问卷分析,得出了会议客人对酒店的安全程度、卫生状况、客房状况、餐饮产品、员工的礼貌礼仪以及部分与会议有关的服务属性重视的结果。此结果对会议型酒店的管理决策行为有一定的指导意义。同时,在国内首次进行这样的研究有一定的理论意义。
The analysis to the questionnaires helps the author conclude that the conference guests pay heed to the condition of security, guest rooms, food and beverage, sanitation, manner of hotel staff and other conference related tributes. Therefore, it has an instructive effect on the operation of conference hotels and is theoretically significant as the first domestic research in this field.
