城市郊野的功能随城市中心区功能调整而演变，随着后工业社会的到来，郊野旅游功能越显凸现。郊野旅游开发在把握①低收费原则；②保持自然性原则；③多层次性原则的条件下，可采取郊野公园、户外活动区、休闲度假区。
The aritical puts forward that the functions of suburb will change to the functions of its central city. With the coming of the post industry society, the tendency of the tourism function of suburb appears more clearly. Under the low discipline, keeping the natural circumstance discipline, multi level item discipline, the tourist resource in suburb can be exploited in the forms of suburb park, outdoor activity area, recreation and vacation area, agriculture tourism area.
