通过实证分析，对旅游业和工业与宏观经济指标进行相关分析，对两个变量与宏观经济变量的相关性进行比较，就如何建立旅游业在桂林市经济发展中的主导性的评价体系作出设想。

By analysing the cases, making relevant analysis over tourism and industry with macroscopic economy targets, comparing the interrelation of these two variable and the macroscopic economy variable, the article conceives an evaluation system of the leading role of tourism industry in Guilin economy development, and sets forth the theoretical study of the leading role of tourism.
