Located in an underdeveloped and remote region,Jingxi county is rather backward in economy and culture.But its mountain area has abundant tourist resources for developing special tours.The paper analyses the superiority of its resources,present conditions of local tourist trade and puts forward concrete measures to develop special tours,which gives an example to develop the economy in remote poor regions.
