关于国家垄断资本主义的几个问题

Some perspectives of state\|monopoly capitalism

不同于传统和目前学术界的某些看法，作者认为国家垄断资本主义基本形态在社会和企业领域各有３种形态。国家垄断资本主义成为一个新的历史阶段体现在生产关系的部分质变、国家作用的加强、生产力的提高、阶级结构的变化和经济危机表现出新特点等诸多方面，而非仅仅的经济运行机制。其历史地位不仅在于它超越了资本主义腐朽性和垂死性的学理定位，而且在于它的进步性。

Different from the traditional and common viewpoint,this paper holds that state\|monopoly capitalism exists in three forms in society but in other three forms within enterprises. Because of the partial qualitative change of state\|monopoly,the strengthening of the state function,the improvement of the productive forces,and the new characteristics of economic crisis, the state monopoly capitalism has entered a new phase. Its important role in history lies not only in that it surpasses its original academic position of being decadent, but in its progressiveness.
