键槽对称度误差的评定方法分析

An analysis of the keyway symmetry error evaluation methods

本文根据GB1183－80中关于键槽对称度误差的定义，对键槽的对称度误差的产生、检测及其评定方法进行了深入的分析，得出键槽的总对称度误差是键槽长度方向的对称度误差与中间截面的对称度误差之和。指出了GB1958－80中关于键槽对称度误差评定的不妥之处，解决了单件小批量生产时键槽的装配精度等实际问题。对从事设计、检测的工程技术人员和从事标准研究的同志将有所补益。

Based on the definition of the keyway symmetry error in GB1183-80,we made a thorough and careful study of the generation determination and evaluation of the keyway’s error of symmetry. The total keyway symmetry error obtained was the sum of the symmetrical errors of the keyway’s length direction and middle section. In addition to the solution of such practical problems as the assembly precision in the small-scale production of keyways, defects of the keyway symmetry error evaluation methods de-fined in the GB1958-80 were pointed out. Our results and conclusions may be of some help to the designers and technicians of test and measurement.
