蒸汽加温同心管及其冬季在稠油地层测试中的应用

The Steam Heated Concentric Pipe and Its Application in viscous Oil DST Operations in Winter Time.

为解决冬季稠油地层测试时原油在地面流程中难以流动的问题 ,研制了蒸汽加温同心管。在油管外表面焊接固定支承块 ,将无缝钢管套在油管上 ,由钻井平台锅炉提供热蒸汽 ,从而改善了高粘原油在地面流程中的流动性能 。

To solve the problem of difficult oil flow in surface flow process system when a viscous oil DST test is in operation in wintertime,a type of steam heated concentric pipe has been developed. Weld a supporter at outside of a tubing, slide a seemlesstube on the tubing, steam is then supplied by the boiler of drilling platform, so as to improve the flowing property of high viscosity oil in surface flow process system, to upgrade pump efficiency and productivity index.
