摘要
针对华北油田岩性致密、泥质含量高、水敏性强、渗透率低的砂岩储层采油速率低的难题 ,开展了对原油稠化压裂液的室内筛选和现场应用研究。室内筛选配方以自产原油为基液 ,添加胶凝剂和交联剂 (交联比为 0 .1) ,使基液稠化为冻胶 ;在冻胶体系中 ,加入耐温剂 ,增大其耐温能力 ;压裂施工时 ,再加入交联剂和破胶剂 ,提高原油稠化压裂液的耐剪切性能。经现场配液和对 4口压裂试验井的选井、施工和效果对比 ,证实原油稠化压裂工艺技术是改造低渗透。
In accordance with the difficult problems in Huabei oil field such as rock tightness,high shale content,strong water sensitivi- ty, low oil production the from low permeability sandstone reservoir, the studies on laboratory screening and field applicationof crude oil thickening fractruing fluid have been carried out.The formulation of laboratory screening takes the crude oil pro- produced in Huabei oil field itself as base fluid,added with gelling agent and cross linker(cross linking ratio is 0. 1)to thickenthe base fluid into gel; in the gel system, temperature resistant additives are mixed to upgrade its temperature resistant capaci- ty;when fracturing,cross linker and gel breaker are then added to improve shear resistive property of crude oil thickeningfracturing fluid.Through field make-up of fracturing fluid and well selection, operation and comparison of fracturing results offour fracturing test wells, it proves that the crude oil thickening fracturing technology is an effective measure to stimulate lowpermeability, strong water sensitivity sandstone formations.
