摘要
该研究课题通过采用外科手术的办法,将专用塑料架、育黄菌种、添加剂等植入牛胆囊内的新技术措施,达到快速成黄、提高产量、保证质量的目的。对牛的正常生长、发育、使役、繁殖、膘情无明显影响。手术后12、24、36 个月牛黄产量每头平均为 6.36、16.35、28.00 g,其质量完全符合国家药典标准。该技术开发应用解决了我国牛黄药源紧缺的矛盾,并为养牛业的发展开辟了一条新的致富途径。
The plastic web for special purpose, bacteria culture , additive and so on were planted into the gallbladder of cattle by surgical operation, which had no effect on the growth, reproduction, field work, plumpness and health of the cattle. At 12, 14 and 36 months after the planting, 6.36 g, 16.35 g and 28.00 g of bezoars were obtained respectively. The quality of the bezoars fully reached the standard of pharmacopoeia. The new technique has the advantages of rapid formation and rich production of bezoar with high quality. And its use will solve the shortage of bezoar for drug industry and will provide new way to make profits for cattle farmers.
