摘要 本文分析了不同生长阶段鲤肠道、肝胰脏蛋白酶的活性情况及同一生长阶段不同部位的蛋白酶的分布情况。同时对最大体重组的脾脏蛋白酶活性及 Ca Cl2 对肝胰脏蛋白酶活性影响进行了初步研究。结果表明:生长阶段不同,肠道、肝胰脏蛋白酶活性不同;同一生长阶段,肠道蛋白酶活性以后肠最高,前、中肠次之,肝胰脏具较强的蛋白酶活性;0.5 m ol/ L Ca Cl2 液可明显降低肝胰脏蛋白酶活性。另外,脾脏中发现有较高的蛋白酶活性。 It was assayed that protease activities in the intestine and hepatopancreas of common carp and protease distribution in different segments during different life history stages.Protease activity in the spleen and the effect of CaCl 2 solution on the activities of protease in the hepatopancreas of the heaviest group were also determined. The results showed that protease activities were different during different life history stages.In the same stage,protease activity in the hind gut was higher than that of other guts,the activities of protease in the hepatopancreas and spleen were high. 0.5 mol/L CaCl 2 solution could significantly decrease the protease activities in the hepatopancreas.
