Pollen Viability Assays of Naili Plum

采用发芽法和３ 种不同的染色法对木奈李、普通李和普通桃的花粉生活力进行了测定，同时对花粉生活力测定时的培养条件和测定方法进行了研究比较。结果表明品种类型、 Ｇ Ａ 浓度等试验因素、花粉生活力测定的方法等都会对花粉生活力的高低产生显著的影响。

Methods of in vitro germination and three different staining tests were used to determine pollen viability of plum and peach,meanwhile influences of the methods on pollen viability were studied. The results obtained indicated that experimental factors such as pollen varieties, GA concentration in the medium,the methods of assay have significant influences on the pollen viability.
