摘要
研究了以HS-1和煤油作膜相,D2EHPA为流动载体,1mol/LH2SO4为内水相所组成的乳化液膜处理含锌废水,测定了表面活性剂种类和用量、乳水比、油水比对除锌率的影响,结果表明:当ρ(HS-1)=0.015g/mL,油水比为4:3,乳水比为7:30,混合时间为25min时,除锌率可达97%以上。
The treatment of zincic wastewater from aqueous solution with emulsion-type liquid membrane containing HS-1 (s urfactant)-kerosens as membrane phase, D2EHPA as carrier of flow and aqueous solution of sulfuric acid(1mol/L)as inner-aqueous phase has been investigated. The effects of various types of the surfactant and surfactant oil/outer water, oil/inner water on removal rate of zinc were examined Experimental results indicate that over 97% removal of zinc compounds can be efficiently achieved in this process. The optimum treatment conditions are: 0.015g/mL HS-1; oil/inner water 4:3; oil/outer water 7:30; 20min reaction time.
