一座建于益阳市市委机关大院内高地上的市政协办公大楼，集办公、会议为一体，结合周边生态环境进行总体规划，以富有内涵的建筑语汇构成简练、现代园林式的建筑造型，使大楼与周边生态环境融为一体，从而产生一个有机的建筑。

A municipal political consultative Conference office building built on the upland in the office courtyard of Yiyang Municipal Party Committee can be used as office and meeting building. It is planned according to the ecology environment around it. A simple but good. Modem garden model building. Shape is formed with architecture vocabulary containing much intention. Thus mix the office building and tbe ecology environment around it together. As a result. an organic building is formed.
