针对湖南某职工培训大楼采用PDCA循环控制该工程高效预应力叠合结构的施工实践，阐述了作为IS09000系列国际标准的基本原理之一，PDCA循环对预应力叠合结构的质量控制是非常有效的，是切实可行的。

In accordance with the construction practice of controlling the high efficient pre-stressed concrete composition structure of certain stor training building in Hunan by means of PDCA cycle, this paper expounds that as one of the basic principles of ISO9000 series international standard, PDCA cycle is quite feasible and very cfficient in quality control of pre-stressed concrete composite structure.
