株冶新扩建的锌10万t，自1996年投产以来，多次出现系统中的钴严重闭路，中上清含钴量成倍上升，给净液工序造成了极大压力，危及整个生产的正常运行。本文分析了造成系统中钴严重闭路的原因，并简介了钴开路工艺的试验结果。
