摘要
探讨了氯代磺酚S与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,在pH5的HAC-NaAc缓冲介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1:1的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于635nm处,摩尔吸光系数。为2.03×104,Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~40μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律。用于水中微量铜的测定,结果满意。
Discussed in this essay is the Colour reaction condition of Siulfochlorothenol S and Cu(Ⅱ)In HAC-NaAC buffer medium of pH 5,(Ⅱ )and the reagent form a blue complex with a rate of 1: λmax=635nm,ε=2. 03×104,Cu density with the range of 0-40 μ g/25ml complies with Beer Law .This approach applies to the measurent of the micro-copper in water ,and the result is satisfactory .
