摘要
简要介绍综合气象服务系统软件的开发思想、总体结构及程序设计难点的解决方案，以中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５为操作平台，采用Ｆｏｘｐｒｏ、Ｖｂ等语言开发。该系统内容丰富，专业化程度高，服务方式多样，手段先进，是一个综合性、集约型服务系统。１９９８年业务运行稳定，效果良好，具有较好的可维护性。
The essay mainly deals with the intention to develop complex meteological service system software, general construction and the solution to the program designing difficulties. This software sets Chinese Windows 95 as the operational enviroment,employing such languages as Foxpro,Vb to develop it,with its rich content,high specialization,various services,and advanced methods,the system is a complex intensive one.In 1998 it is put into operation and achieves a good effect.It is stable in utilization so that it can be conveniently managed and maintained with high real-time operational value.
